How billing works
You pick the number of clubs you'll run when you sign up. That count is locked in for the billing period and charged monthly in advance. Adding a club beyond your paid count will prompt you to increase your plan from the admin Settings page.
Changes mid-month are transparent: upgrading prorates the extra clubs for the remaining days in the current period and charges your card on file right after you confirm the preview — you’ll see the exact amount before anything is billed. Downgrading applies a proration credit to your next invoice, so no money changes hands on the day you reduce your plan. Refunds are handled case-by-case — get in touch.
